Each is unique and accommodates from 4-10 people. They all have their own own secure door and come with a kitchenette and entry-phone.

The studios nestle around a private courtyard in a converted warehouse. The common area has a shower and space to secure bicycles.

The building is home to a number of creative businesses and over time the community has included graphic designers, film-makers, photographers, architects, journalists, podcasters and a music cooperative
