Nadu showcases honest food full of exotic flavours, using local produce and traditional Tamil techniques from our head chef and co-owner Saravanan Nambirajan.
The cuisine traditionally uses the fruits of the land (Nadu translates to land); from the staple vegetarian dishes to fresh fish and expertly cooked meat dishes. Tamil food is based on the concept that food shapes the personality, mood, and mind; something we firmly believe and aim to reflect in our menus.
We’ve paired our food with a range of unique cocktails and authentic drinks, all served up with our much-loved brand of casual, vibrant atmosphere.
